Shipping & Returns


Valen & Jette offers flat rate shipping via UPS.

We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $500.00.  Valen & Jette is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any weather or technical issue with the shipping company. If your package is returned back to Valen & Jette for any of these reasons, you will be held responsible for paying the shipping fee.

Valen & Jette is happy to offer free ground shipping on orders within the continental United States over $150.00.  We offer expedited shipping on all domestic orders as specified below. 

Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  If you require that your shipment be sent to a P.O. Box please contact us at for further assistance.

* Ground, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order.

* UPS only delivers Monday-Friday; therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. Valen & Jette is not responsible for any additional fee's associated with your purchase.  Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the reciptient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.  All international deliveries require a signature.  If the reciptient is not available for a signature upon arrival or the reciptient failes to pay the remaining taxes and duties resulting in the package being returned back to Valen & Jette, you will be held responsible for paying the shipping fee.  We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather or customs related issues.  


While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing. If your requested items happens to be out of stock a customer service representative will contact you within 24 business hours. Out of stock items may take up to 6 weeks.   We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.


If a package from Valen & Jette is refused, or the recipient declines to pay import fees and taxes, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to the USA.


We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective product for exchange or refund within 7 days of ship date. Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Product must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email.

Items purchased online thru websites other than or any other retailers may not be exchanged or returned through


We will do our best to cover basic repairs and manufacturing defects on any item made by us and sold through within 60 days of purchase. A sales receipt must accompany all items submitted for repair.

Repairs will not be made on items when the damage was caused by neglect, accident, alteration, or other factors not due to defects in the workmanship or materials.

Email with your name, telephone number, order id number (if item was purchased through, style number or brief description of the item, when the item was purchased and a description of the problem. We will respond with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without a return authorization number or sales receipt from an authorized retailer will not be accepted.

If your item is older than 60 days, you will be charged a minimum of $25.00 for basic repairs plus return shipping. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

Please allow 10 to 12 weeks from the date the item is received


We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks and money orders are not accepted. For security purposes, please do not send cash or include your credit card number in any email communication.
